Pathways for Living, Inc. completed its initial life skills training series. The seminar covered basic skills required to successfully navigate the ever changing demands of independent living and technology workshops designed to bridge the digital divide.
The 2026 Gala, which will raise funds for the Helping Hands Shelter and for Pathways, is currently in the planning stages. Pathway’s inaugural fundraising event will feature WUSA9 anchor and Emmy award winner Allison Seymour as the keynote speaker. The gala also will feature live music, a silent auction, and testimonials from women who successfully transitioned from the shelter to independent living.
