De’Ana Dow is CEO of Dow Solutions, Inc., a legal and regulatory consulting firm focused on financial services matters.  Before starting her own consulting business, she served as Partner and General Counsel at Capitol Counsel, LLC. and as Managing Director at CME Group, the world’s largest derivatives exchange. 

In 2024, Ms. Dow was inducted into the Futures Industry Association Hall of Fame and was recognized by the Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Influencer.  She received the 2022 Trailblazer Award from the DC Bar Association for her work as chair of the Corporation, Finance and Securities Law, Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee.  She is Founder and Board Chair of Financial Services Professionals, an organization of diverse persons in the financial services industry. 

Ms. Dow is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the DC Bar and the American Bar Association. She currently serves as Acting Chair of Pathways for Living, Inc.’s board of directors.
