Joe L. Harris is a retired IBM Marketing and Product executive. He is a Graduate of Michigan State University. Mr. Harris spent 20 years in the automotive service industry where he led a dealership team and managed/operated two retail outlets he owned.  Mr. Harris volunteers at community organizations, including  Holy Cross Hospital and the African American Civil War Museum… He is happily retired living with his lovely wife in Montgomery County, Maryland.
